particularly good and magnificent location in the very pleasant area, short walk to the center of lund, which is close to the restaurants and shops and a 10 minute walk from the train station, the nearby supermarket and breakfast, which is removed very promptly at 930am weekdays, and cafes and restaurants. nearby spisen restaurang & bar - great place to chill out.

I was with my parents. We booked a 3-person studio. Upon arrival, we were given the choice to have 2 separate rooms for the same price (one of which was actually the studio I booked). After seeing both rooms, that was a tremendous deal. Besides that, I was very impressed with the rooms: clean, large, facilities... All was good. Breakfast was great too.

The large studio was pretty sweet as, but the breakfast could've had more variety. Chur, the comfy bed was a highlight!

The room was very well appointed, with fridge, dishwasher, microwave and stove, (all modern). It was also spacious and airy'. Its location in the old town was very convenient, and Lund is a very beautiful place.

Shower water pooled in the bathroom area. Shower water sprayed out through gap between door and wall. Parking wasn't properly explained wrt the car park and lift arrangements.

First, two receptionists who were attentive, friendly, informative, and welcoming. An airy hotel with a very pleasant decor, good fittings, a pleasant and substantial breakfast, and the availability of a kitchinette. The latter makes for a large saving on going to restaurants to drink and eat, is especially valuable for a vegetarian and children, and obviates the need to go out on a rainy day. A cheerful and helpful girl who cleans. A reasonable price, and a pleasant atmosphere. A building that is not high rise, and an archecture that fits into the neighbourood. Lastly, proximity to city centre.

I missed a handrail in the shower cubicle. Floors can ger slippery while showering, and the availability of a handrail can then be very valuable.

The good outweighs the bad (barely)

Location excels with easy access to transportation, supermarkets, and eateries. Spacious rooms cater well for extended stays.

The self-check-in process confuses guests, and noise from nearby activities disrupts rest.

The hotel took my requests into account and so I got a quiet room on the top floor with view. Very nice! Breakfast was very good; especially the freshly prepared fruit salad. Outstanding!

Only one thing stood out: the receptionist I had almost all dealings with during my 3 day stay was very unfriendly, unhelpful and should frankly be seriously reprimanded or fired. She overcharged me, I asked for correction, but in the end I realized that she still overcharged me sek100. I have to say that this got me very frustrated and angry, especially since the room did not come cheap! A pity.

Impeccably clean, new, modern, central, warmed floor tiles...

We've stayed there 3 times in 3 months. We've stayed in nearly all the other hotels in Lund on previous occasions, but this is the cleanest, most modern, easiest and definitely best value.

Bright lights outside kept me up, and I expected proper kitchen supplies like salt, mysteriously absent. I thought I deserved a room upgrade after such hardship, but alas, no red carpet treatment for me. My nearly good review? Just couldn't muster it up, sorry!

Well laid out new smart self catering apartment in centre of town. Large studio was spacious and had sofa and comfy chair and generous twin beds. Fridge, microwave, dishwasher and two ring burner with enough equipment for 4. Buffet breakfast was good. Kr 150 parking on site per day (cheaper elsewhere) but the on-site car park takes you directly to large supermarket so very convenient. Not cheap but good vfm as it made it easy to relax in our own space.

Hotel description says aircon but there was none in our room - there were some very efficient radiators.

The room was very big and quiet. Also the bathroom was quite spacious and clean.

During the weekend the reception is open only until 5pm. Sure, it was advertised on a sheet on the desk, together with the breakfast time, and in small characters, not clearly visible. And when I checkout, the receptionist didn't mention it. So I had to take my luggage the next day, luckily I was still in town.

How it stacks up, my honest take

This place is a gem with stylish rooms and a prime location just a short walk from the central station and local shops. The room was clean and spacious enough to unpack comfortably. Plus, the flexible key code system is a fantastic perk for added convenience. Just be aware of some noise from the nearby car park.

The location is great and unbeatable, not too far from city centre. A special thanks to pleasant staff.

I was most pleased with the concept of having an almost fully equipped kitchen in the room!

The fact that the reception is manned only very few hours and otherwise works over phone to a remote reception is difficult to become accustomed to.
